In order to configure your AI for your business we need to tell it some very basic information about your business and services. If you have a PDF with the services, including times you are open, what you do, and anything particular about your business you can load them up in the AI Assistant configuration.
Navigate to Settings > AI Assistant
In the AI configuration area, you can read the instructions on how to configure your personal AI for your business.
If you have FAQs on your business, or even an SOP that you might train new employees you can load that information into this area. Anything specific that you want to leave, here is where you can put it.
It’s deliberately simple. In the beginning, the AI may not answer perfectly unless you’ve put all of the information needed in this setting. As more questions come in that the AI can’t answer, make sure you add this to the settings.
